Our shop is run by volunteers. We may take up to 4 working days to pick and pack your order before we send it out. This is in addition to the time required for the order to be delivered to you. The estimated time before you can expect to recieve your order is indicated at the checkout.
If you have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer (BACS) we will not ship your order until payment has been received.
Damaged or faulty products
If any item in your order does not arrive in good condition, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately using the message form you can find on each order in your order history, or the general contact form you can find here.
We will promptly replace any faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us for replacement, exchange, or a refund.
You must return such products to us in the first 30 days after you take delivery. Anything you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Unless a product is faulty, you must pay the cost of returning it to us.
